Adeunis RF Module Overview

Class2 Bluetooth® Module for Data / Audio Transmission

This miniature module enables two-way Bluetooth® data or audio transmission over a range of 20m. It uses the 2.45GHz frequency band according to the European directive RTTE EN300-220 / EN301-489. This module is fully complainant with the Bluetooth® V2.0 standard. Data transfer rate is up to 723kbps. Data transmission and configuration are performed via a UART serial interface. The major advantage is that the embedded SPP profile is fully compatible with PDAs, portable PCs and Bluetooth® GSMs.

The Data Version is suitable for short distance communication applications including:

ARF32 Data/Audio Bluetooth Module

Class1 Bluetooth® Module

This miniature module enables two-way Bluetooth® transmission over a range of 150m. It uses the 2.45GHz frequency band according to the European directive RTTE EN300-220 / EN301-489. This module is fully complainant with the Bluetooth® V2.0 and EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) standard. Its "air" data transfer rate is up to 3Mbps, if EDR mode is supported. Data transmission and setup are performed via a standard or complete UART serial interface. The major advantage is that the module is fully compatible with PDAs, portable PCs and Bluetooth® GSMs.

ARF52 Bluetooth Module

Wireless Demo Kits for Class1 & Class2 Bluetooth® Modules

The demo kits include all the essential functions for evaluation ADEUNIS RF's products, carrying out RF measurements and developing a prototype. The demo kits allow for an immediate connection to a PC serial port enabling simple and rapid configuration of the modules with the parameters required by your application. Thus, you can easily implement measurements of sensitivity, power and all RF parameters. The demo kits have chip areas as well as direct access to all radio module's signals permitting easy addition of electronics. The Bluetooth® Demo Kits is available in 2 variations:

• Class1 Bluetooth Demo Kit - ARF52
  
• Class2 Bluetooth® Demo Kit - ARF32

The demo kit comprise of 1 demo board, 1 radio module, 1 power supply, wiring and documentation.
